Dawleys have been announced as Employer of the Year award finalists in this years Herefordshire Means Business Awards.

The awards ceremony takes place on Friday 25 October at the Three Counties Hotel in Hereford.
The importance of our team
Part of our entry was to demonstrate how we are committed to the welfare of our team and strive to provide a stimulating and supportive work environment.
We appreciate that our people are the foundation of our business. Our structured training programme ensures everyone receives individual training and development through a programme of training courses, mentoring and one-to-one coaching sessions.
Identifying talent
We actively look to identify talent and develop our entry level staff into senior roles within the business. 83% of our 12 strong senior team have been developed from within the business. Our average service period is 8 years.
This provides our team with the knowledge and skills to fulfil their potential and enable Dawleys to compete in a national and international marketplace.
