The second half of the year seemed to be even busier than the first part of the year which really didn’t seem to be possible.
AUGUST
After months of building work we finally moved into our beautiful shiny new Contact Centre. We have doubled our seating capacity and have seen our team grow from strength to strength. Our range of services offered in the Contact Centre is ever expanding and we’ve taken on running an IT Helpline, a publication order and payment line and two of our most successful services Sales Lead Generation and Event Booking.

On the charity and sponsorship front August saw Dawleys sponsor Hereford FC Academy. Our Managing Director Roger Parckar (right) at the launch of the season with Paul Quarrel from Hereford FC.

Luke Beard, Account & Sales Director took part in a Devil Run, along with 17 others from the Forest of Dean Kettlercise group – the biggest team of the day, to raise funds for Winston’s Wish.

SEPTEMBER
We were thrilled to launch our new Dawleys van and what a head turner it’s proved to be. It’s been so successful that we’ve bought and branded a second van. For those of you who are car minded it’s a Nissan S-Cargo.

OCTOBER
October turned out to be a mega busy month….the interior design work was completed with the installation of the Ross on Wye mural and ‘sky’ lighting down one of our corridors and the official opening of our new boardroom.

Angela Sonn from Dawleys Datacapture team won a bronze medal at the World Masters Athletic Championship in Malaga in September. Huge congratulations to Angela on her ongoing success on the track.
…but the big news of the month was Dawleys winning Medium to Large Business of the Year 2018 at the Herefordshire Means Business awards. A fantastic achievement which has seen our business grow from a one man consultancy 28 years ago to a 65 strong multi million pound business. We were very proud and thrilled to win this award.

NOVEMBER/DECEMBER

We started shooting our videos for our website….coming soon to Dawleys website and saw us putting the final touches to our Christmas Lights. What a huge success the lights proved to be with visitors coming from far and wide to view the lights on our offices and warehouse.
…and finally we rounded the year off with a charity flourish raising funds on Christmas Jumper Day to buy presents for the Cash for Kids – Mission Christmas campaign.
