We know that when our staff enjoy being at work they are more productive, and a happy atmosphere is good for us all. We have regular table football and darts competitions and a great break out area to enable our team to relax and meet up which helps with team building and developing great relationships throughout the company.

Learning and development

We consider our training and development to be a key feature of our business and we have designed our training programme to empower all of our team with knowledge, skills and opportunities to excel in their roles. We know that everyone starts from a different point of experience and knowledge and through our training we offer a bespoke mix of on-the-job learning, coaching, training and mentoring to encourage a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation for all our staff.

I started at Dawleys in September 2021 as part of the fulfilment team. From day 1, I’ve felt at home. The team were very welcoming, we all pull together and support each other to make sure all tasks are completed. My supervisors and managers are very supportive, they offer additional training and courses which suit my needs and have made me a much more confident person.

We are not a team because we work together, we are a team because we trust and care for each other. Joining the Dawleys Datacapture Team has been a great start to new things in my adventure The people I work with are some of the best people that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. To see the banter and the encouragement and the positive attitude they have, has helped me enjoy working for Dawleys. The management have always been accommodating and understanding of my situation with my kids.

I started working for Dawleys in 2005 and have been treated with trust and loyalty ever since. I have felt appreciated and valued throughout the 17 years of being here and I’m grateful for the support they have always shown me. Every day is different and it’s great to work with such a dedicated group of people.

I joined the Dawleys team in April 2023. After being here for just under a year I have had the amazing opportunity of going to Germany twice for training and expanding my knowledge and skills within the role. Everyone I work with has been very welcoming and I feel like a valued member of the team. I hope to continue improving myself within the company.

I joined Dawleys in November 2021. As soon as I started I was amazed by how friendly and compassionate both management and staff were and was instantly welcomed into the team. I have had chances to grow working within different departments and I’m currently working with the Customer Services team. I hope to continue developing with the company.

I started at Dawleys in December 2017 and since I have been here I have always felt valued and an important part of the team. I have gained valuable experience from starting in the call centre and that has helped me to settle into a new sales role within the company. I have always enjoyed working here as everyday is different and offers new challenges. I have met some amazing people working in both of the roles I have been in and have always felt comfortable approaching management with any problems either at work or in my personal life.
