Dawleys has provided energy saving advice over the phone to consumers and businesses on behalf of a leading renewable energy advisor. We have also worked with a major energy supplier to capture survey information from their customers.

In 2010 Dawleys issued all the Government’s Boiler Scrappage Scheme vouchers, collating call information from our enquiry/registration line and combining this data with online registrations. A six-page colour voucher needed printing and distributing as part of the project and challenging KPI’s needed to be met.

Dawleys built, host and manage a customer database for one of the UK’s largest public transport organisations. Data is consolidated from many sources into a usable resource and operational communications sent to customers about the transport network. Our processes enable Dawleys to take tactical extracts and send same day communications to millions of recipients each month.

Requests are also handled to provide care home information involving a process to select and pack regionalised brochures based on the postcode area of the enquirer.
