Sally Gibson
Managing Director
My role is to provide a clear vision and leadership for Dawleys to enable us to provide excellent customer service solutions for our customers whilst nurturing a fantastic work environment for the team.
Navigating the ever-changing landscape of e-commerce and customer service excellence we constantly review and adapt to meet our clients demands.
This adaptability, coupled with our commitment to provide tailored end-to-end services for each client and project, has been key to Dawleys’ continued success.
I place huge value on listening to and understanding our clients’ aims and ideas, so that we can effectively represent their brand in everything we do for them.
Overall, we aim to not only meet but exceed their expectations. Away from the office, I embrace my creative side, through photography, gardening and painting and recently qualified as a landscape garden designer.

Dominic Parckar
Director
Dawleys has been family-owned since my late father, Roger, and my mother, Jill, started it in 1989. I joined as employee No. 3 in 1990, the year before it became a limited company, and I’ve been here ever since.
In that time I’ve worked in every part of the business – data capture, the warehouse, HR, payroll and finance – but IT is where my interest has always been. As a Director and co-owner my responsibilities are broad, but nothing has held my attention like watching business technology evolve first-hand, from the early days of the PC to the cloud platforms we now take for granted.
Day-to-day, the business is run by Sally and the management team, and our platform team keeps the systems our clients rely on secure and resilient. I’m happiest in the background, making sure the foundations solid so the front-line teams can do what they do best.

Luke Beard
Client Services Director
Having worked for Dawleys since October 2004, I have a great understanding of all areas within the business, this is crucial when carrying out work for clients.
Currently, I am overseeing the Client Services department, looking after some of the organisation’s biggest clients along with working on new business and onboarding new clients. I thrive on the pressure, variety, deadlines and meeting clients expectations. Managing multiple teams within Dawleys means I have to be well organised to make sure all work is completed by all teams to the required deadlines.
Outside of work I’m a grassroots football coach for Ross Juniors FC U10’s which my son Alfie plays for. Other than this I spend a lot of time with my children, my partner and I try to keep fit.

Dave Hopson
Finance Manager
Since joining Dawleys in 2008 I’ve enjoyed working on a wide range of projects in my role as Finance Manager.
Part of Dawleys success is down to its flexibility to adapt to each client’s requirements and this has enabled me to become involved with many of our clients and their projects during planning, onboarding and providing operational assistance to ensure we deliver exactly the right service at the right price. Everyone has a very hands-on approach and I love the variety this offers me. I’ve even been known to help out on the forklift when needed – and yes, I am fully licensed for it!
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time on the golf course, socialising and walking the dogs.

Gemma Williams
Account Manager
Since joining Dawleys back in 2003, I’ve had the privilege of working across every corner of the business.
My main goal? Partnering with all of our internal teams to make sure our clients’ goals aren’t just met, but exceeded. I genuinely love the journey—whether that’s helping a small business scale up or ensuring a large client gets the top level service they expect. Given the variety of my role no two days are ever the same.
Outside of work, I’m usually organising the next family event, cheering my kids on from the sidelines at one sporting event or another, or pulling on my wellies to help out on the family stock farm.

Chris Clarke
Principal Platform Lead
I lead the development and evolution of our technology platforms, ensuring they remain secure, scalable and reliable. With a background in software engineering, platform architecture and IT leadership, I focus on delivering practical technology solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen security and support business growth.
I’ve worked across manufacturing, defence, cybersecurity, IT services and the pharmaceutical sector, giving me broad experience in digital transformation, data protection and building resilient, business-critical systems.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a motorcycle, whether that’s on the road or at a track day or enjoying cooking, travelling and strength training. I enjoy exploring new places, experiencing different cultures and taking on new challenges.

Hannah Francis
HR Manager
Since joining Dawleys in 2005, I have worked in many aspects of the company progressing through various roles to become the HR and Admin Manager.
I’ve loved the journey so far and the opportunities that I’ve been given to grow and develop. In my current role I focus a lot of my time on recruitment and onboarding, welcoming new recruits and helping them ease into their new careers at Dawleys and embrace the Dawleys culture.
Outside of the office, I dedicate my time to my young family, embracing all the joys and challenges of parenthood.

Shannon Harris
Account Manager
Having worked at Dawleys for over 12 years the majority of my time has been within the datacapture team; however since January 2023 I have taken on a different challenge, where I am now part of Client Services where I have the opportunity to work more directly with clients and broaden my knowledge of the inner workings of the company.
When I’m away from the office you will usually find me relaxed under a blanket while playing a video game, or curled up and watching a movie with my dog.

Becci Smith
Sales Team Manager
I joined Dawleys in April 2021, starting my journey in the call centre before transitioning to the sales team. Over time, my dedication and experience led me to the role of Productivity Manager, where I now oversee the sales teams.
In this role, I focus on enhancing team performance and ensuring we meet our productivity goals, driving the continued success of our top performing sales teams.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family and relaxing with a good book.

Lucy Yemm
Customer Service Team Manager
I’ve been a dedicated member of the Dawleys team since June 2015, initially joining as a part-time employee in the call centre. The position not only allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance but also sparked my passion for customer service.
Over the past nine years, I have advanced to the role of managing a customer service team. In this capacity, I embrace the challenges and opportunities for growth that leadership presents. As a driven individual, I am committed to pushing my personal boundaries and achieving professional goals while fostering a positive and productive environment for my team.
In my free time I love taking my daughter to all her football matches and spending time with my family out climbing mountains and bike riding.

Drew Randall
Business Data Supervisor
I joined Dawleys in January 2023 as a dedicated member of our Datacapture team. With a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence I quickly demonstrated exceptional capabilities, leading to a promotion to Business Data Supervisor in March 2024.
In this role I manage a team of agents, consistently monitoring efficiencies and surpassing targets to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Before embarking on this path, I gained valuable experience in both the equine and beauty industries, showcasing a versatile skill set and an adaptable mindset.
Outside of work I enjoy crocheting and knitting, painting, gardening and exploring the countryside with my daughter and dogs.

Callum Price
Trainee Marketing Executive
Since joining Dawleys in February 2023, I worked in various roles within the warehouse before transitioning to Client Services as a Trainee Marketing & Account Executive.
I enjoy the opportunity to talk with our clients, handling day to day queries and becoming a part of their growing aspirations.
Outside of work I’m an avid fan of most sports & movies as well as taking on a marketing course.

Josh Jones
Warehouse Team Leader
I joined Dawleys in September 2021 as a Warehouse Assistant in the pick and pack team, serving various eCommerce clients.
My dedication and success in this role led to my training in all aspects of fulfilment processing. Thanks to my hard work and commitment, I earned a promotion to Warehouse Team Leader. In this position, I oversee three warehouses and their teams, ensuring seamless daily fulfilment and effective stock management.
Outside of work you can normally find me watching my favourite team Hereford FC or playing for my local Saturday team. Basically everything football!
